Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the order.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at service@aurisle.com with your order number.

If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
